David was more than helpful, and extremely patient over the course of a year until we were ready to sell, and helped us every step of the way. David always kept us informed on everything in detail. Extremely polite and well mannered, and took the time to find out just what was important to us. Would definitely recommend his help, as he managed both our new purchase and selling our house, and did it very well.
