We have found David a pleasure to deal with during the sale of our property; he took over a property that had been on the market for a while and within two days of listing he found a buyer at the full asking price. He is extremely knowledgeable about the current real estate market and highly professional in his dealings with clients. His communication skills are very good and he keeps his 'parties' fully informed of what will happen at all levels of the process.
