Downsizing the home

The property being presented to market was 100 years old, large in floor space and on three levels. It was somewhat unique and needed a special buyer who was willing to continue with its maintenance and development. Although there were some initial delays due to external factors, the open home over a four week period attracted various interest. The sale progressed smoothly, especially with the right target market identified for our unique townhouse. I’m very happy with the service and commitment David and Mandy showed from the first open home through to settlement.
