David & Mandy recently helped sell one of my properties for a second time, and in a completely different area which was no problem for them. Unfortunately the first buyer was unable to get finance and some unfortunate circumstances, but it was handled efficiently and we went back to market and got more good offers on the next weekend home open. Happy result.
