We sold our house in South Perth in 2022 though David and Mandy from Coldham Real Estate. We chose David because we knew he had a strong presence in the area over a long period of time having sold us the same property in 2011. David was very responsive during the sale period and provided excellent guidance on the most important areas of focus for preparing the property for sale.
