Great experience with this sale. Sale price on the mark. Always professional. Great experience for last 13 years as Property Managers.

David and his team understood what we were after, the right house came on the market & they joined the dots. They have been professional, courteous and efficient. Couldn't be happier.

David’s knowledge of the Young real estate market and conditions was crucial to the sale of our property. A buyer was secured in the first week at a premium price. David’s professionalism and communication was second to none. We wouldn’t have achieved the same result had it not been for David and the team at Ray White Young!

Pro-active, diligent and professional agent service. Good market knowledge with extensive database of potential purchasers - communication prompt and clear.

My husband and I have been living in this small regional community for some 15 years. With David Coombes, in that time we have purchased two properties and sold one. Not a lot of real estate sales engagement - agreed, but we have got to know David personally because he is an active participant in this community. Without exception, David is polite, informative, diligent, prompt, trustworthy and a great communicator. In life, you get what you give, so it was important to me that anyone vying to purchase our property, be treated kindly and with respect. (* Please note: This is validated by the buyer at least in his rating of David, on this same website). I believe David diplomatically juggled all the personalities involved and handled with great care, the intricacies of our successful property sale.

David is professional courteous and responsive.

Selling our home was a big thing for us. David's professionalism and customer focus really helped us through this challenge. He is also backed up by a great team. David's market appraisal was the most accurate of all the appraisals we got and we thought his marketing plan was excellent. This translated to a quick sale that exceeded our expectations. David was always very good on communication and advice throughout the process. We would not hesitate to engage David again and recommend him highly.
