I have known David Cortous personally for many years. We now live in Noosa and David has sold two properties for us in Geelong and both sold at the top end of price expectations. Our recent sale at 149 Noble Street sold within a few weeks. The contract was unconditional, with a tenant in place until early 2022 and Geelong in lockdown. Communication not only with David, but the rest of his team was outstanding. David’s assistant Megan kept us updated and provided contracts and all other information without delay.
