Having recently had a very bad experience with a multi national real estate and feeling burnt by the experience, I decided to give Dave a go. I am so glad I did. Dave made me feel comfortable from the get go. No hype or build up of all his achievements, he asks me what I wanted. And he delivered. From my first interview with David he was a standout for his calm and genuine persona. He had extensive local knowledge and was realistic about the price guide for my property and delivered, true to his word. I was not a terribly easy client to have.
