David was the right choice from the start.

From my first interview with David he was a standout for his calm and genuine persona. He had extensive local knowledge and was realistic about the price guide for my property and delivered, true to his word. I was not a terribly easy client to have. My home was a project of love for me and difficult to let go (although I had to for practical reasons). David dealt with my emotional attachments and consequent issues with empathy, kindness, patience and genuine understanding (qualities I don’t usually see in my dealings with past agents). He genuinely wants the best results for his clients and together with Emma, they make an incredibly strong team.
