I cannot speak highly enough of Dave. My unit struggled to sell in 2023 but Dave sold it at the first open house when I signed up with Thompson and Clarke in January 2024. Selling is a process especially doing it on your own as a single Mum, Dave handled my emotions well, was very pleasant always, happy to talk through things and was very understanding. Most importantly he sold my unit very quickly and got me a good price. He also went behind the scenes and updated me once he had achieved that next step, he is good at sorting things out.
