I was given several numbers. Rang them all but Dave was the only one who rang me straight back. The multi national Real Estates casually rang a day later. Having recently had a very bad experience with a multi national real estate and feeling burnt by the experience, I decided to give Dave a go. I am so glad I did. Dave made me feel comfortable from the get go. No hype or build up of all his achievements, he asks me what I wanted. And he delivered. Within a days of the open home Dave was ringing me with encouraging news on my property. To Dave's credit, he was able to get the best deal for me. Dave is one of those people you feel like you've known forever. Dave rang me every step of the way and was on MY side. I felt safe selling my house through Dave. Would I recommend him to other people. I already have:)
