I know everyone says this, BUT, we honestly couldn’t recommend Dave highly enough. He was kind, genuine, patient and incredibly professional. What stood out most was how much time and care he personally gave us. He never passed us off to someone else and was always willing to check in at any time that suited our family, no matter what time of day. We never felt like “just another listing”. He kept us informed, was easy to reach, managed all negotiations, was extremely knowledgeable and we genuinely felt that he cared about achieving the best outcome for us. We leaned on Dave in both the selling and buying process, and his advice was always useful and calming. If you’re looking for an agent who is truly invested in his clients, we couldn’t recommend him enough!
