Excellent from start to finish

I had never heard of EXP Realty until I come across a home I was interested in purchasing. I contacted Dave Cowan and he showed me through the home, then came over to give me an appraisal on my place. He was honest, friendly and realistic in his estimate of what my property was worth, so I had no hesitation in sighing up with him. The process has been excellent from start to finish. Dave has kept me informed the whole way through. Arranging photos and videos, which were very well presented and approved by me before publication. An open home which led to the sale of my home for a price above what was discussed. I have already recommended him to friends and can't speak highly enough of his honest and down to earth approach, a quality which I admire in business.
