The highest praise I can give David is that he kept his word to me. I’m a first home buyer and have found the process of negotiating a purchase quite terrifying. I generally refuse to give out my mobile number until I get to the point where I am actually interested in a property, and from personal negative experience I don’t trust anything an agent tells me. I didn’t trust David either, but once we exchanged contracts I realised he’d been honest with me and had stuck to his word. I am really grateful to him.
