Selecting a realestate agent is not an easy task especially when there are multiple people involved in the decision making process. It was even more confusing when all the Real Estate Agents I spoke to have great local knowledge and all promised the highest possible outcome. I felt David from The Agency Marrickville best understood my situation and was there to help us meet the objective, avoid delays, stay focused and checked in on me regularly prior to appointing him and even more so after. David once called me at 9pm with questions and then followed up on the following morning to make sure it was actioned. David was always available as I called him Sunday mid morning for help. He reassured me that everything will be alright and that he would be there in a couple of hours to help me get things done. I didn’t expect him to answer the phone on a sunday let alone rolling his sleeves up to help paint a house. David was aware that there were many stakeholders that had questions about the campaign and potential buyers. Aside from his weekly email update David raised to the challenge requesting a stakeholder roundtable meeting where he addressed everyone's questions and concerns. This set the scene for the auction day and allowed us to make a consolidated decision on the day David is more than a professional Real Estate Agent, he is a person that we trust and welcome as a friend into our family. It was a pleasure to have him work with our Family and definitely recommend him as someone to have on your team.
