Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with aspects of the experience.
Selling a home can be an emotional process, particularly when expectations and final outcomes don’t align as hoped. While market conditions ultimately determine the price a buyer is prepared to pay at a given point in time, our role is always to provide evidence based advice so clients can make informed decisions throughout the campaign.
From the outset, your property was appraised in line with comparable sales and prevailing market conditions, and a strategy was agreed based on the evidence available at the time. As the campaign progressed, unfortunately market conditions shifted and competition increased, requiring ongoing assessment of buyer feedback and strategy. The property was successfully sold in a changing and competitive environment, and while early expectations don’t always align with final outcomes, the commitment to working hard, honest advice, professionalism and achieving the strongest possible result remained constant.
We take communication & customer service very seriously, as evidenced by all our previous reviews and we strive to keep vendors regularly updated and involved at every stage. That said, if at any point you felt this fell short of your expectations, we sincerely apologise, that is never our intention.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to reflect on and refine how we serve our clients. If there are further specific concerns, we welcome the opportunity to discuss them directly and constructively.
