David successfully sold our property after it being on the market in only a few days. David maintained communication throughout the entire process and we found him extremely professional, honest and reliable. David provided us with expert advice in regards to maximising our sale which came to fruition. David has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry which was evident in all dealings with him. We highly recommend David as an agent!

When you sell a house you need someone to lead the way with careful expertise and calm honesty. David was that someone ... but he also has a magic ingredient - knowing the market so well he found us a wonderful buyer quickly and without fuss. He was all over the little details and double checked everything which made our experience selling so straight forward. He doesn't over egg anything, treats the whole process with faultless professionalism and is a genuinely delightful person. Really glad we had David and Margo at First National on the job. Great result. Thank you!

David has a no nonsense approach that gives you the confidence to trust his judgement. He understands the importance of the role he has and reminds you that he is working for you - and will always act in your best interest. I have bought from David and went back to sell through him. He is solutions focused, with sound advice from many years experience. Couldn’t ask for more.

During the process of selling my home, David has been nothing but the epitome of professionalism. This process started with an in-depth look at the market and the value of the homes in the area and based on this information we were provided with a price range endorsed by David. Once we set the price with David and all required paperwork was complete the homes were on the market within the hour. One of the main aspects that makes David and First National Real Estate so good is their constant communication around, open homes, amount of people visiting the sites and homes, their thoughts, offers made and all communication on my behalf. They were faultless. It is highly recommended that you go with First National Real Estate Tamworth if you are Looking att Selling your home in Tamworth or surrounds.

David and Margo have managed our real estate for many years and when it came time for this sale we knew we were in good hands. There were some issues that David worked some "magic" on to get us the price and the sale that we wanted. A great job, easy and simple for us as vendors.

David was extremely easy to work with and had great communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

If you are selling a property, look no further than David Doherty, Margot Taggart and the team from First National Real Estate Tamworth. David is a rare real estate agent who has many years of RE experience/market knowledge, is honest, professional and communicates above and beyond what we had experienced in the past with selling properties. David and Margo made a commitment to sell our property and that is what they achieved in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you David, Margo and team.

We were always kept up to date with what was going on & he never hesitated in answering all our questions.

I feel like we have a good partnership with David. He guided us through the selling process and the challenges we faced along there way, but always listened to us and was ultimately guided by the decisions we made. We felt neither pushed nor lost and confused. David was always approachable and communicated in a straightforward manner. He was gently persistent when we were deciding which agent to go with. I figured that sales touch would also work when dealing with potential buyers, which proved to be the case.

Mark’s knowledge of the local market is first class. He kept in regular contact with us and ensured we got the best price possible.

Good market knowledge, it must be said that there was slow demand in the area during this time.

Dealing with FN Tamworth made the sale of our property east and seamless. David sent daily updates from negotiations through to contract signing. It was quick and painless. Thank you David and FN team
