We had our home for sale with another agency for a period of approximately 8 months. We had had many people through the home and many open homes, but no people had shown any significant interest. David approached us about taking over the listing which we agreed to as the interest had stagnated and agreed to a price reduction on the listing of $10,000 however no drop in our agreed sale minimum, effectively meaning that it would be a tighter negotiation for David. David organised 1 open home with a great turn out, we got an offer from that first open home, negotiated the price and sold the property as a result.
