He is a tough negotiator and delivered the vendors a great outcome. His transparency and integrity gave us the confidence to put a private offer forward and move quickly, knowing that there was a deal to be done. There were many other agents we came across in the inner west that weren’t nearly as active as David in engaging with buyers pre auction.
