David is excellent with understanding exactly what you need when selling your home, communicating and making sure you knew step by step the process from start to finish. For me this was the quickest, smoothest sale of a property that I have ever experienced. I feel this is due to his rapport with his clients and having the understanding of an ever changing climate in the property market.
