Having recently moved interstate to the other side of Australia, we decided to sell our investment property in Leichhardt NSW and it needed to be hassle free. I think most houses in Leichhardt could sell themselves at the moment. What David brought to the table was confidence, professionalism, knowledge and negotiating skills. David provided excellent promotion of the property including providing advice to us and communicating with the buyers to encourage their interest.
