Our house sold for what David was expecting in the middle range. We didn’t have enough buyer interest to go to auction & inspections were lower than expected. Only had 3 people interested, that put offers in, & David negotiated the price up. To achieve a higher price ( extra 75k) than was first offered. David & Danika were always available to answer any questions that we had. They always keep us in the loop, as to what was going on, & what to expect price wise. They explained all the phases of getting the house ready for sale, the negotiation & sale processes. We ended up doing well in a slow market.
