David was recommended to us on selling our investment property in Logan ! As we live in Sydney so all our communications was done by phone. I found David to be very helpful in all aspects & nothing was a problem!! Thankyou again David !

During the winter of last year I was diagnosed with a blood condition called Lymphoma, and realized I was suffering from the effects of this problem, to a point where the running of a fully furnished family home was getting beyond me now at 84 years of age. So, What to do about it? With the help of family I decided to sell my house after accepting a serviced apartment at a Retirement Village. The day before I had interviewed an agent from a local real estate firm, and expected another from a different firm later that day. I happened to be pottering in my garden when a man came by letterbox dropping, we started a conversation and he told me he was a Real Estate Agent doing some advertising. He was familiar to me, I had seen him before, he said his name was David Edgar, so we fixed a time when he could visit me. David so impressed me during that visit that I decided on the spot to give him the job of getting a sale for my house. I realized that this was not the best time of year to sell, just before Christmas and the holiday season, but had to do it anyway. I left my house and moved into my next place on December 15th. David had organized an Open House viewing three times, and one couple who visited were eventually signed up to buy my house. My house sale and all other business involved with that sale all went through on February 5th 2018. I have all my debts and bills paid, and the balance of my money all invested, so I now feel able to write this letter to say how much David's efforts meant to me. I was in no fit state to get involved with all that was going on, so probably relied on him more than I should have, and he just took it all in his stride and in such a professional manner. I think he could read my mind to such a degree that he was confident just to tell me what he had decided on my behalf, knowing full well that was what I would say - and you know?
