David, Bec and the team at Naked Edge realestate made our selling experience so much easier than we had imagined. David is a real Trojan, totally committed to getting you the best return from your investment and always available for advice. Thanks guys
David has helped me sell over 10 properties in the last 3 years. He is very professional, experienced and my trusted agent who helps me sell fast and at a good price! Really great guy with an easy going attitude too.
I honestly don't have anything but positive things to say about Dave and his team. Dave was clear and open regarding his listing strategy, and his expectations for sale price and time on market. He got straight to work and after one home open we had two written offers. But getting an offer is one thing, closing is another. Dave and his team worked through some very tricky negotiations and came out with a result we were very happy with. It's worth noting that we had previously listed the property with another agent who promised big and delivered excuses. Dave was exactly the opposite.
highly recomended high stardard dueling to customer happy to the comer ans satify of viewing at home open
David and Rebecca are consumate Real Estate Proffessionals. Thoroughly recommended!
David was very knowledgeable with the area and was flexible with his time to view the property a number of times. Had a great list of providers to settle the house along with contractors to help with some minor renovations. David actually watered the lawn until the property was settled.
Thanks David for all your unwavering support. You delivered a stress free transaction during our journey of selling our home. It was fast it was clean and above all it was professional. I are worth the five stars mate good luck in the future. Thank you again
David priced my property perfectly - resulting in a sale after only 17 days on the market - and for a higher price than I expected. I am completely satisfied with the service given - David is very knowledgeable, obliging and easy to deal with. And he gets the job done! I cannot recommend him highly enough!
