David provided a very efficient, honest and diligent service in selling our Land. We had listed with a number of Agents in recent years however none of them even succeeded in getting a single offer. David worked tirelessly to the point that I received 5 phone calls from him on a Sunday, the last one being at 8PM when he was developing a marketing strategy for the sale of our property.The property was listed on a Friday afternoon and he presented an offer on the following Monday morning which he negotiated to a higher price resulting in a Contract being put in place. The offer was for cash and settlement was withing a month of the original listing. I would very highly recommend David to anyone putting their property on the market.
