I would highly recommend dealing with David and Sarah if either selling or buying a house. We bought a house through their Ray White @ Aspley and from the get go they were lovely to deal with, very accommodating and just a pleasure to do business with. They were happy to deal with our late night house offers with the vendor and they were happy to fit in with our busy life style to meet us at certain times at the property. We settled without issue, they followed up on everything to ensure things were going along smoothly and the whole experience was great. Approximately 8 years ago David sold my acerage property in Eatons Hill. During that sale David was very professional and kept me fully informed at all points of the sale from initial listing to the final sale. He was able to negotiate a better price than we originally thought. Now 8 years on David and his work colleague Sarah were able to sell our property in Albany Creek after the first open house inspection. They were able to get us a higher price than originally offered from the purchaser and kept us fully informed from day 1 to the settlement day.
