David offered outstanding service from our first meeting with him. He has a thorough understanding of the market and the area. As we did not live in the town, he took over the whole sale process for us, organising trades people and services to prepare the house for sale and then maintenance of the property until completion. Dave was really good to work with, from a purchaser's perspective. I felt as though he was working with the best interests of both me (purchaser) and the seller in mind. He was able to schedule an inspection on short notice and a repeat one as my partner was unavailable for the first. Then similarly it was no issues scheduling a building & pest inspection either.
