We recently bought a house though David. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. We had never bought at an auction before, and he was more than happy to go through each stage of the process with my husband and I. He also followed up post purchase, with a reminder list, so that we wouldnt forget insurance, solicitors ect. I would highly recommend David for any future house sales or purchases
