Working with David as a buyer has been very easy. He is very fair and to the point, no messing around and playing games. From a buyers perspective that’s always a positive. He was very transparent through out the whole process even though obviously he wants to give the vendor the best price, he still kept us in the loop. He is one of the good ones. Highly recommend.
