I dealt with a lovely young man at the open I was eventually able to attend after missing the first (I attended another property open for which I made an offer however they wanted more & I couldn’t go higher) I made it absolutely clear I wanted to purchase the unit, as it was exactly what I’d been wanting in the perfect location & made an offer on the spot, which, after having seen many units in the region, thought would be acceptable. I then pulled out of the deal as I became nervous about paying the loan. Brad contacted me and we negotiated a new price which I could pay & it was accepted. The whole process was very simple with great communication and I’m very happy with the outcome.
