Having bought and sold several properties and experiencing various levels of dubious service in the past we approached the sale of our most valuable asset with trepidation; as fate had it, we need not have worried. We “clicked” with David from the very first meeting, where a professional yet friendly style was underpinned with a genuine, truthful (say it how it is) and realistic approach. Further interaction showed us that David listens to his clients and he has a depth of experience, a well-rounded industry knowledge and useful array of contacts. Even the added complexity of changing employers during the process was handled expertly by him. Looking back on the experience it was like having a trustworthy, reliable friend guide us through the sale process.
