We had our house on the market for 3months with another agent, we were very dissatisfied with her job. We had to call her for updates and everytime we did she would say "it's the market" then try to get us to drop the price, I had to reply " we are not giving the house away". Within days of receiving Keyes David had it on the market and a number of open for inspections organised for various days and times of the week which included midday and after 5pm times. David kept us updated regularly even if was 8pm at night and weekends, if one strategy didn't look like it was working he would quickly move onto another one instead of just sitting and waiting. Within weeks David had the house under contract for us, there were a few issues with settlement (beyond his control) but he still kept the communication going. His ongoing communication between both parties eased the stress of selling. We cannot fault David at all in his profession, he is VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The only regret we have is that we didn't give him the opportunity to sell our other property and get him earlier in the piece for this one. Overall we are very satisfied with the job.
