David sold my mothers deceased estate in the first quarter of 2019 which was a challenging time with the market falling. He was very proactive and explored every avenue for potential buyers and always kept us in the loop with the process. His calm and unassuming manner made him a pleasure to deal with and a refreshing change for others in his profession. He showed good insight and acted quickly and with excellent results when a potential buyer reneged on a option. I can highly recommend David for his ethical practice and great local knowledge and in general “going the extra mile”(he offered to put out garbage bins for the house if we had difficulties in doing so).
