David arranged two open for inspections straight away on consecutive Saturdays. The following Saturday we went to auction with a reserve of $1.6 million and with David as auctioneer we achieved a sale at $2 million - $400K over the reserve. To say we were over the moon would be an understatement. Absolutely spot on with every aspect of the sale with total communication all the way through.
