In spite of COVID19 David continued to offer interested parties open inspections with of course strict restrictions in place. After each inspection David provided us with all the information necessary to make a decision. We were worried that selling our property was going to be an arduous task for David, however he was relentless in his efforts to sell our property and get us a good price. At first, during inspection of the property, David did not engage much in friendly conversation other than answering questions asked. However, after offering our interest to purchase the property, David took us step by step in making a final offer to the vendor and was not pushy. He had excellent response time, was strong and clear in his communication (especially during explanation of certain things on the contract, and steps involved up to the point of making a 10% deposit). He was knowledgeable about the property and the surroundings, and was able to answer all questions asked. After every interaction with David, he would always offer for us to contact him should we need help or have questions, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience with David, and as first home buyers, things progressed very smoothly. We are very thankful for our agent.
