David constantly tried to keep the sale price down, Originally he wanted to list the property at 599k and then $619,000 – I pushed for the property to be pushed out further which he was reluctant to do. It sold far above what he initially thought over 60K above, I believe he could have got more if he wasn't trying to get a quick easy sale. I trusted David's guidance as we had been chatting for some years. Only Market trends and similar properties coming onto the market have shown I was correct.

We used David to sell our house he was the most easy, non pushy agent we seen and we felt comfortable with him for the start. David did a great job of negotiating top dollar for property. He was always contactable and we never felt like we were left out of the loop constant contact was always made. Would highlh recommend David to anyone!

i found him pretty dogie, when first and final inspection were done for the house i bought, he hid the broken window in master bedroom and kitchen, also damage blind was put on and good one taken off and didn't bother telling me, also only gave me 1 key, on request he said he will check with owner and get back but never did, i ended up changing all locks given that i suspected they kept the keys.

I met with Dave on site. From day one, he has been very helpful and always give me full piece of information. If sometime he couldn’t pick phone, he called me back and answered my query. No matter how silly or big question he takes same importance. I recommend him strongly if anyone search property in Western Sydney.
