Please dont take these comments as derogatory but I feel they must be conveyed. Were were led to believe by David and Nathan that our asking price of $369000 was achievable. David even stated that if it didnt sell within a month he would cover advertising costs which we regretfully didnt take up. Within a month it was recommended a drop in price of $20K which we agreed to. We accept the boys had issues whilst property was tenanted and it looked a bit tired. They have worked very hard to achieve a sale at the new price and we are thankful for their efforts. I do believe they were genuine at the outset but perhaps were not fully aware of the market conditions at the time. Overall we are happy with the outcome and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.

David is a professional is every way from the time we started working with him to the end with selling our investment property.
