Attendance at the actual auction was disappointing as was the failure to attract interest from any developer for the very large block (1500 m2). However, under these rather discouraging conditions, David succeeded in negotiating a good result at auction where there was only one bidder. This clearly required an understanding of the buyers and during the auction he negotiated a significantly increased amount above the opening bid, from one that was well below any acceptable settlement to one with which we were very happy given the circumstances and softening market.
David has done an excellent job with not only the sale of our property but also the purchase process of our new property, David kept us informed and up to date on the status of both transactions and was always available to address any of our concerns. David is very professional in his approach and a clear communicator, I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for an agent.
