If you want to sell your property you can go to any agent. But if you want to sell your property for a great price then David is the man. We did our research before deciding to sell our property with David as our agent. And David proved that our decision was 100% right. He was amazingly wonderful and fully planned. Right after our first meeting David came to us with the market research and a clear plan of what all we need to do and what he is going to do. We almost had daily meetings with him where he shared with us all buyers feedback, reports etc etc. He has a thorough knowledge of Baulkham hills market...and am honestly amazed with his patience and dedication and commitment. He helped us even with cleaning our lawns and putting some stuff together more like a family member and never like an agent. He would come at morning 6.00 am to do some videos for auctions along with the team 3D. David with his amazing skills and the connections he can make with people, Darren with all his integrity and Deepak with his knowledge, they make a fabulous team and become part of our family. My parents have become David's fan, He is so respectful of them and also makes sure things are Covid safe with my elderly parents and young kids around. My son makes gifts for him and we got the price we wanted for the house and we are so glad that the house is sold to another nice family.
