Bought Property in Avondale Heights

Our interaction with David was quiet a coincidental one. We were looking for property in Avondale Heights and surrounding areas. Most of the listings had David's name on them. This was a first tick for us. We contacted David about a particular property and he was very prompt in showing it to us. When we finished looking at the property and discussed our budget with David (which was quiet the entry level for Avondale Heights); David was very prompt in showing us another listing which had not gone live. David was clear about the market and his knowledge was very sound. We found David to be honest in his opinion and professional with negotiations. Most other agents in the area are listing properties with an extremely low price guide and the end result in obviously higher at auctions. David does sell before auction at times and this worked well for us as we had our limitations of time and funds. We would at any given day agree (and we are sure the vendors would too) for an agent to sell a property for a price that is agreeable to both parties whether it be before auction or at auction. David's practise is honest and we would trust our further transactions with David as well.
