Could never have imagined such a great result!!

David handled everything perfectly for us from start to finish and the whole auction process went very smoothly. David is extremely professional and knowledgeable and is definitely the best agent we've come across! He provided extremely helpful advise on how to decorate and market the house which attracted huge numbers of potential vendors to the open homes. Prior to the auction, David explained his strategy very clearly and answered any of our questions and concerns. We were fully confident we would reach our desired outcome based on David's strategy. When the actual auction concluded, we simply couldn't believe the excellent outcome!! We would definitely ask David to be our agent again in the future. In fact, we think any potential vendors around the area would be passing up a huge opportunity if they didn't come to David!
