Great communication and experience!

I was the last person to view the apartment during open inspection. David and I chatted, and he spoke to me as someone wearing 2 hats: the vendor's agent and as an insider giving me advice about what he would do with the place. He has a warm manner, and I appreciated what he had to say - it added to my impression of the place.
