David was an absolute dream to work with! I was wanting to buy my first home, and I am blown away with how much David helped me! From my initial phone call requesting an inspection, to helping me navigate putting an offer in, to helping me seal the deal, and then the documents to sign etc. The Covid-19 pandemic has been such a stressful time, and I knew I just had to wait for something perfect to become available, and it did - and I was so in love with the place he listed, I just had to have it! Thanks to David, I do have it! I am now SO happy and excited to move in to my very own place!! His knowledge of the area and passion for Avondale Heights is exemplary! I can't thank him enough! What a star!
