I viewed this property for literally 10 mins, walking through I loved it instantly as it ticked so many of my boxes. David was knowledgeable of the market, local area and this particular property which was refreshing. As I had already sold my property recently David understood how important it was for me to find something to downsize to. Whilst this is not a small home by any means I knew instantly I would love living there. Thank you David for a lovely experience and assisting me with my goal. Would highly recommend.
