Dave was absolutely amazing from the minute we first talked about buying. Not only did he 100% understand what we were looking for, he found our perfect house first go! He clearly knows (and loves!) the Mudgee market and made the whole buying process an absolute pleasure. David has been very energetic and supportive of my request to sell real estate. He was able to clarify a variety aspects given my not so clear guidelines. He puts a lot of energy and effort into his client relationship so that I was always assured of progress in the pursuit of a sale. David's communication skills are of such a high standard that any client would be most comfortable in the relationship. Any future client should expect a positive and satisfying outcome without delay. Settlement period nominally 2 days but with a small delay associated with gaining formal approval in relation to some survey matters.
