I have known David for several (5-7) years whilst I have been searching for the “that’s it property” and timing with kids in and out of school etc etc. August September I got in touch with his team and said it’s now or never and after looking at a number of properties across the district we found our new home. He kept us informed of each new listing, arranged inspections put up with our maybe and maybe not, and persevered with us till the right one came along.
