The selling process was very good. The selection of settlement agent was questionable, rethink that one. When a date is agreed on with no hint of possible / probable derivations then that is set in concrete as there are a large number of "moving parts" to synchronise.
Dave was a great help throughout the whole process. Communication was fantastic and I found that Dave always went above and beyond. Even pulling weeds for me on home open days. Thanks heaps Dave!
David is very sincere, forthright and went above and beyond to help me out. I live in a regional area and my property in Perth was tenanted, making Davids job that little more difficult. I appreciate the respect that was afforded to my tenants by David throughout the disruptive inspection and home open periods. He was not pushy at all and respected my personal opinion even when it did vary slightly from his professional one. That said, David was never wrong. His knowledge of the Ardross and surrounding areas was very evident and this assisted in attaining a price that was consistent with the (relatively difficult) sales market.
