With a previous bad experience auctioning a property with another agent behind us, when Charlie and David recommended we auction the family home we were sceptical. Selling the family home can be very stressful, this was particularly the case for my elderly mother who was relying on the sale for a retirement fund and did not want to “give away” the home she had lived in for such a long time at a low price. We would like to acknowledge the fabulous experience we have had in dealing with David Grace from Ray White Bankstown. We first met David at the auction for 53 Wilkins St, Bankstown. He was standing near us and writing down our bids. As the auction progressed we stopped bidding. At that point David introduced himself, gave us his business card and asked us what we’re looking for. We told him we have been looking for the past 9 months for an investment property and our strategy was for long term growth.
