David helped the reviewer sell this property

Success with a good agent

Everyone who has ever sold and moved house would know how stressfull and worrying it can be. When David Gray came along he ticked all the boxes when it came to choosing the right agent to sell my family home in Morphett Vale. Although I had rebuilt and modernised the house a few years earlier, he gave me some sound advice on presentation and it sold on the first open inspection. His expertise in pricing and knowledge of the market made the sale as smooth as it could be and I thank him for that. I would recommend David to anyone thinking of selling and moving on, he knew exactly how to market my property with a great result.
