After purchasing a house through david gray, we changed our mind on agents and stayed with david and his team to sell our old house. He is so easy to deal with and his advice is invaluable. We got our home ready to sell and he listed our home on a thursday afternoon ln real estate.com. on the friday he had purchasers contact him for viewing before the open on saturday. Then on saturday we had 4 offers after open and ended up selling our lovely home for 40k more than we thought we could possibly achieve. Other agents had given us same price range or lower than david had given us as a guide.
